2.2 Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
- Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of the platform without authorisation.
- Introducing malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Intercepting or monitoring communications without authorisation.
- Using the platform to conduct denial-of-service attacks.
2.3 Misuse of AI Capabilities
- Using AI capabilities to generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm individuals.
- Generating disinformation, propaganda, or synthetic media (deepfakes) intended to mislead.
- Using AI outputs to impersonate individuals or organisations fraudulently.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract training data from, or manipulate AI models underlying the platform.
- Using the platform to develop or improve competing AI systems or services.
- Submitting prompts designed to bypass safety filters or cause the AI to generate harmful outputs.
2.4 Data and Privacy Violations
- Processing special categories of personal information without appropriate consent or legal basis.
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.
- Using the platform to circumvent data minimisation or purpose-limitation principles.
2.5 Intellectual Property
- Uploading or processing content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Using AI outputs to plagiarise copyrighted works.
- Removing or altering proprietary notices or labels on the Services.
3. Resource Usage
You may not use the Services in a manner that places excessive or unreasonable demands on our infrastructure. Automated access must be conducted through our official API and within the rate limits specified in your plan.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to legal@[YOUR-DOMAIN].com.
5. Consequences of Violation
We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation:
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend access to the Services.
- Permanently terminate your account.
- Remove or disable access to any Content that violates this AUP.
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by law.
