You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

You retain all ownership rights in the Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and process that Content solely to provide the Services to you.
AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, but we make no warranties as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where we process personal information on behalf of a business client, the terms of our Data Processing Agreement apply.
We endeavour to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance and will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentIX (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
